This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our watch inventory management platform, including its optional third-party integrations such as Facebook and Instagram.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

Sub-Processors
WatchMatrix uses the following sub-processors to operate the service. Each handles a defined slice of your data under their own privacy commitments:
- —Supabase: primary database, authentication, file storage, and OAuth token encryption (Supabase Vault)
- —Vercel: application hosting and edge delivery for the web platform
- —Microsoft Azure: blob storage for inventory videos and background processing for heavy operations
- —Stripe: subscription billing and invoice payment processing — payment card data is handled by Stripe, never stored by WatchMatrix
- —Resend: transactional email delivery (invoices, password resets, notifications)
- —Twilio: SMS notification delivery for invoices and customer messages
Facebook and Instagram Integration
WatchMatrix offers optional integrations with Facebook and Instagram so dealers can publish inventory listings to their Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account. This section explains what data we collect from Meta, how it is stored, and how to delete it.
What We Collect From Meta
When you connect your Meta account, we receive and store the following from the Meta Graph API:
- —Your Facebook user ID, Facebook Page IDs, Page names, and Page access tokens for the Pages you authorize
- —Your Instagram Business Account ID, handle, display name, and follower count for the IG account linked to that Page
- —Commerce Catalog ID and the product IDs of inventory items you publish to Instagram Shop or Facebook Commerce
- —Post IDs of content that WatchMatrix publishes on your behalf, and aggregate insights (impressions, engagement) for those specific posts
What We Do Not Collect
We do not request and do not store: your private messages, your friend or follower lists, content not published by WatchMatrix, or the contact information of anyone other than you (the dealer).
How We Store It
OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest in Supabase Vault. Profile metadata and post IDs are stored in our database with the same access controls as the rest of your account data. We retain this information for as long as your Meta integration is connected.
How to Disconnect or Request Deletion
You can remove the integration and have all Meta-derived data deleted at any time, through any of three channels:
- —In WatchMatrix: click Disconnect on the Meta tile at
/dashboard/integrations. Tokens are revoked and stored Meta data is removed immediately. - —In Meta: remove WatchMatrix from your Meta account under Settings → Business Integrations → Connected. Meta notifies our data-deletion endpoint, and we delete all stored Meta-derived data for your account within 30 days.
- —By email: contact privacy@watchmatrix.com and we will remove your Meta data within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
